What counts as a recheck?
In order to be eligible for the lower price of a recheck report, your site must satisfy the following conditions:
- A full priced report has been run for that site before
- If changing the coordinates, they must be within 1km of the original site location entered
- The site must be run using the same project name as the original but with some unique identifier. e.g. Windy Hill 2 or Windy Hill rerun
Can you give me an example?
Of course. Say that you had run a Radar LOS Assessment with Expert Commentary for a wind development site named Windy Hill. A month after you received the report another constraint meant that you had to microsite the turbine to a new location. To recheck whether the turbine, at it’s new location, could be seen by the same radar and get our expert advice all you’d need to do is get in contact with us.
Just make us aware it was the same project but slightly relocated and then we’ll make some adjustments to your account internally, ask you to resubmit it online using a project name such as “Windy Hill 2” and then bill you for the discounted amount of £95 exc VAT (£35 for the Radar LOS Assessment and the usual £60 for the Expert Commentary).
