Pager Power’s newest recruit, Tori Harvey, joined the team in early January as one of our Administrative Officers. Tori has joined the rapidly growing commercial team and will be working full time in our Sudbury office.
Tori previously worked within the manufacturing industry as a Sales Support Specialist. Her professional background highlights her critical thinking and customer service skills. In addition to this, Tori has a keen interest in horticulture and sustainability.
Tori attended the University of Suffolk where she studied Applied Psychology and Business Management. Outside of this, Tori enjoys making crafts, exploring the countryside, and also attends classes for roller-skating and ballet.
Since joining Pager Power, Tori’s responsibilities have included supporting the operations and commercial team and offering general assistance within the office environment. Tori has also begun a news article series ‘Back to Basics’; a series of articles that broadly considers the definition, history, and theoretical development of topics and tech that underpins the renewables industry. The first article of the series can be found here.
Tori will be learning about the business over the coming months. This will involve communicating with clients on commercial matters to better understand the business and our customers. She has already started putting together proposals, processing orders and answering the phone – so you may well find yourself speaking to her. We are pleased to welcome Tori on board.
