Our new promotional video clearly explains what we do and we like it. There was a lot of internal discussion about how dramatic the potential aircraft collision (to explain physical safeguarding) should or should not be. Explaining our somewhat diverse and technically complicated services (i.e. what we do) simply and quickly is something we sometimes struggle with. We are also often frustrated that our existing customers know about one or two services but not the rest. We hope the video will help solve these problems and help our current and future customers have a better understanding of how we can help them.
