Tobi joined Pager Power in September 2025 as an Administrative Officer whilst working towards an MA in International Relations from Cardiff University. She previously studied BA Ancient History, also at Cardiff University, and has previously worked at a local business supporting its social media campaigns. Tobi has started putting together proposals for our clients and providing wider administrative support to the team.

Cameron joined Pager Power in July 2025 as a Technical Analyst and holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Liverpool. Since joining, he has delivered glint and glare assessments in the UK and Bahrain and is eager to broaden his expertise across the company’s service areas. At Liverpool, Cameron contributed to a project developing an off-grid solar-powered chiller for farmers in Zanzibar and conducted research into radiation effects in RAFM Steels and HEAs, bringing valuable technical insight to the team.

Vijayatha joined Pager Power in early 2024 as a Technical Analyst, holding an MSc in Physics and Astrophysics. Since joining, her work has primarily focused on assessing and mitigating the impacts of glint and glare from solar photovoltaic developments in the UK. She has also conducted technical assessments in areas including daylight and sunlight analysis, aviation and radar safeguarding, shadow flicker, telecommunications, and television/radio reception for wind and building developments. In addition to her technical work, Vijayatha has contributed to the news section of the Pager Power website and newsletter.

Tori joined Pager Power in January 2024 as an Administrative Officer and has since progressed to Business Development Officer. She holds a BA in Business Management and Applied Psychology. Tori’s unique balance of logic and creativity lend well to developing all aspects of the business from improving the efficiency of existing processes and driving quality, to graphic design for digital and print applications, as well as supporting the Operations teams as required.

Phillip joined the team in late 2023 as a Technical Analyst having earned a master’s degree in economics from the University of East Anglia. Since joining, Phillip has undertaken glint and glare assessments in the UK and Ireland, particularly looking at the impacts upon residential amenity, road safety, railway operations and infrastructure, and aviation activity.

Jacob joined Pager Power in 2023 as a Technical Analyst. Jacob holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Bath in the UK. Since joining Pager Power, Jacob has undertaken technical analysis for projects in the UK. His focus has been predominantly on solar photovoltaic developments pertaining safety and amenity in the context of glint and glare.

James joined Pager Power as a Technical Analyst in 2022 and became a Senior Technical Analyst in 2024. James holds an LLB (Hons) in Law from the University of Kent in the UK. James has undertaken technical work for solar, wind and building projects in over 12 countries worldwide, including working on six Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects in the UK. He has experience with topics including Glint and Glare, Aviation Safeguarding, Telecommunications Impact, Shadow Flicker, and Daylight and Sunlight.

Abdul joined Pager Power in June 2022 as a Technical Analyst, after graduating with a BEng in Mechanical Engineering at City, University of London. Abdul has undertaken technical analysis for projects in the UK and internationally, completing assessments for renewable energy developments and buildings across all of Pager Power’s core services.

Georgia joined Pager Power in April 2022 as an Administrative Officer and has since progressed to the position of Senior Business Development Officer. She has a Distinction NVQ Diploma in Hairdressing from the Colchester Institute. Georgia also previously worked within the hospitality industry as a Regional Administrative Assistant and as PA to a HR Business Partner. Georgia’s professional background makes her an excellent people person with a strong drive for great customer service. Georgia feels passionately about striving for a greener future. Georgia’s responsibilities now span across many departments, helping to grow and improve the business, playing a key role within finance and sales processes, whilst also supporting the Operations teams as required.
Rosie joined Pager Power in January 2021 as an Administrative Officer. Rosie has a BSc in Human Geography from Canterbury Christ Church University and an MSc in Town Planning from Anglia Ruskin University. Rosie previously worked within an architecture and planning background with a focus on housing delivery. She has always had a keen interest in advocating and encouraging the development of sustainability. Rosie manages one of Pager Power’s three operations teams.

Waqar holds an MSc in Advanced Aeronautical Engineering from Imperial College London, and a BEng in Aerospace Engineering from Brunel University London. Waqar joined Pager Power in 2020, and is currently working as a Senior Technical Analyst. His primary role is to assist developers in assessing, managing and overcoming technical planning issues for wind, solar and building projects related to aviation, telecommunications and more. A key part of Waqar’s role is liaising with planning authorities and stakeholders to ensure a positive way forward for her projects and supporting the wider team.

Aaron joined Pager Power in August 2020 as a Technical Analyst and is now the company’s Business Growth Manager. Aaron holds a BSc in Mathematics from University College London. Since joining the company, Aaron has undertaken technical assessments for solar photovoltaic developments pertaining to road safety, aviation safety and residential amenity in the context of glint and glare. He now leads business growth initiatives, helping to expand Pager Power’s reach and support more clients across the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors.

Harry first joined Pager Power in August of 2018, providing technical support to the company whilst undertaking his mathematics degree (MMath) at the University of Warwick, which he achieved in 2022. Since then, he has joined the team full-time as a Systems Analyst. His key responsibilities within the company include the development and improvement of our technical modelling processes in order to streamline our services. Harry also works alongside the company’s external developers to oversee and optimise our software capabilities.

Michael joined Pager Power in August 2019 as a Technical Analyst and holds a BSc in Business Analytics from the University of Southampton. Michael manages one of Pager Power’s three operations teams and still enjoys getting involved in project work for our clients when he can. Michael has previously supported on several Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects in England and has assisted developers on overcoming planning objections for projects in 15 countries.

Danny has been with Pager Power for over 13 years and has led hundreds of projects requiring technical expertise in over 10 countries. He is also the lead author of the company’s Glint and Glare Guidance document and Telecommunications White Paper. Danny, therefore, has vast experience and understanding of Pager Power’s expertise, and has sat in various roles within the company, including technical and business development. He is currently the Chief Operating Officer and oversees the technical operations of the company.

Kai joined Pager Power in 2008, he was appointed as a director in 2018, becoming the company CEO in 2022.
Kai holds a Masters in Physics from the University of Surrey. Kai’s previous experience in renewable energy was as part of a research team at the University of Eindhoven developing organic solar cells. Kai’s subsequent work at Pager Power qualified him to become a Member of the Institute of Physics (MInstP).

Emma joined Pager Power in August 2008 after completing A-Levels in ICT, Maths and German and an AS-Level in Business Studies. Her responsibilities within the company since joining have included introduction and management of the company’s Customer Relationship Management System, leading on company budgets and implementation of financial processes as the business has expanded into new markets. Emma’s role within the company is Finance Director.

Since forming Pager Power in 1997 Mike has progressed to establish himself a leading authority within the field of aviation studies. Coming from a background in electrical engineering, Mike has developed a range of specialist software that provides technical analysis on the impact of wind farms on radars. This software gives developers the critical data needed to assess the viability of a site in the early stages of development planning. Mike specialises in Microsoft products and is a qualified Microsoft Certified Application Developer. He is also a member of the Institute of Electrical Engineers (MIEE) and a Chartered Engineer (CEng).
