Since turbines in Lancashire began operation in October, residents in Accrington have been suffering from television interference.
A news article published by the BBC on Friday reported that up to 200 residents of the village of Baxenden might be affected. The wind developers, Energiekontor UK, have issued a letter expressing their apologies to all who have been afflicted and are aiming to resolve the issue within a fortnight.
In light of the situation, Energiekontor UK Ltd have hired a consultant and aerial company to determine the source of the problem.
