The huge development of up to 339 turbines will claim the title of the world’s biggest offshore wind farm when constructed off of the Caithness coast in Scotland.
As well as generating electricity to power one million Scottish homes, the installing of the wind infrastructure is predicted to create up to 2640 jobs.
